more reasonable file size + tiny version!

so yea apparently psds love to be 2x the size or more of the og file, fiddled with it to get those within reasonable size still!

also added the optimized versions and an extra optimized psd, id recommend redownloading if the first version of the file felt slow for you!

the experience of the original size and the optimized versions is pretty much the same aside from the gradients being more compressed, the tiny version is half the pixel size and therefore uses a 3px brush though!
